On June 24, 2020, the Public Union of Smart Grids of Ukraine addressed USAID with a letter outlining the shortcomings of the methodology for implementing RAB regulation proposed by the National Commission for Electricity Network Regulation and voicing key requirements for stimulating tariffs for the Union's electricity distribution system operators.
